We were very pleased to be represented at AOS Live 2025, the premier event for parking on private land. Held at London Museum Docklands at West India Quay, the event provided a valuable day of conversation, debate, reflection and learning, bringing together a diverse and knowledgeable group of speakers from across the parking sector.
Sessions throughout the day took an objective look at the complexities of parking on private land, as well as the reputational challenges faced by the industry. Discussions explored how regulation, communication and customer experience intersect, offering insight into both current pressures and future opportunities.
Panellists in the afternoon session, “Shaping perceptions through communication”, included our Senior Leader for Regulation, John Gallagher, alongside Julie Cole from Intelli-Park, Rachel Baxter from Total Parking Solutions and Gemma Dorans from the British Parking Association.
The panel examined the communication challenges faced across the parking lifecycle, including onboarding landowner clients, issuing Parking Charge Notices, handling appeals, resolving debt and managing customer service and complaints.
The session highlighted the importance of clear, consistent and transparent communication in building trust, managing expectations and improving perceptions of private parking, reinforcing the value of collaboration across the sector.
